In the morning to get you off to a cracking start there is an abundant buffet breakfast with plenty of fruit, fresh breads, yogurts, cereals, cakes, delicious homemade brioche, hot food, cold meats and cheese to choose from. After 10am breakfast is taken in the bar.
In the evening you can enjoy the wonderful traditional flavours typical of Liguria.
Dinner and Lunch start with choosing from our famous Chef’s Buffet which offers a wide selection of mouthwatering Antipasti.
In the summer months Lunch is our special summer buffet.

| 4 Mazzi di basilico |
| 2 Spicchi d'aglio |
| 1 Cucchiaio di pinoli |
| 50 G Formaggio grana grattugiato o pecorino |
| 50 G Olio d'oliva extra-vergine |

Laviamo il basilico in acqua fredda e lo schiacciamo nel mortaio con aglio, pinoli, olio e sale,
fino a formare una salsa omogenea. Aggiungiamo abbondante parmigiano e pecorino.
Condiamo le trenette, le trofie o gli gnocchi a piacere.
